Sonora Engagement Photographer | Pinecrest Engagement Session | Christine Dibble Photography

Wedding season is coming up quickly! Lindsay and Justin are one of my couples this year, and they wanted an outdoor, woodsy setting so they chose a Pinecrest engagement session. These two are avid hikers, and they are incorporating that into their wedding, so it was only fitting that they have portraits done to show that too. They had waited for a spring session, and in the last few years, that would have been no problem since we were drowning in drought. But this year, it happened to snow the day before they traveled up the hill! There was not a lot of snow, but it helped make it cool enough that the adorable summer outfits were a bit chilly. We had to pick our way through marshy areas, and Lindsay finally gave up and just plowed through in her sandals. I am not sure how her feet did not freeze off! I think they kept each other warm as they danced and played through the woods. Their Lazy Z wedding later this year should be lots of fun…and definitely warmer!
