Last fall when I took their engagement photos (seen here), Kevin was in a cast and on crutches. And he hobbled all over Indigeny Reserve like a trooper! A few weeks ago, Jen and Kevin tied the knot in a beautiful Black Oak Casino Resort wedding. This time, it was Jen who hobbled around as we went out after the reception for portraits. Her shoes were amazing, but after a long day on her feet, her feet were feeling it! This time she was the trooper as she crossed the grounds, paraded through weeds and got her dress and shoes full of foxtails and stickers. But that was at the end of the day, and the rest of the day before that was perfect. It even clouded over just enough to soften the shadows from the gazebo on their faces during the ceremony. Every detail was beautiful, and her bouquet from Columbia Nursery and Florist was one of my favorites! It was a hot day, but the ceremony was early enough in the day to be okay outside, and then we all moved indoors to eat and watch the bride and groom dance on clouds provided by Sound Extreme Productions.  Jen and Kevin, I was honored to photograph your big day!
