Grass Valley and Sonora Photography | Mini Sessions | Christine Dibble Photography

I am still playing catch up on posting all the sessions I had last fall! One weekend, I traveled from Sonora to Grass Valley for a series of mini photography sessions. On day one, we went to Empire Mine State Park. What an awesome location! Half of it is beautiful gardens, and the other half is all rustic buildings and mining equipment. When we were kicked out at closing time, we went across the street into the woods, and even that was perfect. The next day, we went to Sierra College. It was a completely different look, but no less awesome. Children always pick up from their parents that something big is going on with a family photo session. Many decide that they will pull out a power trip and not cooperate at all. A couple of these kids tried to go that route, but they didn’t know who they were up against!
