Miss B had a special daddy/daughter day the day she came to see me. They traveled from the valley to surprise her mom with some vintage style photos for Christmas. Her two older sisters had posed for similar photos when they were two, but when it was this little lady’s turn, the studio was no longer in business. So she got a fun road trip out of the deal! She was a little shy and not quite sure she wanted to let go of Dad’s leg at first, but a few videos on the iPhone got her smiling in no time. We hid it in a book at first, but it still made an appearance in one of the shots below. I left it there because that is part of her story. One day, when her grandchildren look at these prints, they can laugh at the funny antique device she had as a child. But it did the trick, and we got some beautiful smiles!
