Sonora High Senior Portraits | A Boy and his Chevy | Christine Dibble Photography

One of the cool things about going to Sonora High School, where senior portraits are not put in the yearbook, is that Sonora High senior portraits can be taken at any time of the year, including Spring when the world is green and blooming. Spring is also the season for this guy’s favorite sport. Thomas is an awesome runner, and while he is a good cross country runner, his first love is the track. I have spent a couple of years nor running workouts with (okay, behind…way behind!) him with the Foothill Gold Running Club, so I can honestly say that Thomas is a pretty cool guy. Sonora High currently has their track under construction, so taking some photos on the track was not an option on this night (although we are working on that!) But Thomas also really wanted portraits with his favorite Chevy truck, and his yard was the perfect location to do that. And I am glad he sat still for his session because I would have been unable to catch him if he ran!
