I love maternity photography. It is a chance to document that beautiful belly that is housing and growing that baby. So many moms shy away from having their baby belly bump photographed because they feel large and awkward and swollen. But this is the one time in life that you want a big round belly! And most moms really do not look as bad as they think they do. Besides, it is my job to pose them and flatter them no matter what. This beautiful mom told me after this session that these photos were just what she needed. They made her feel beautiful at a time when she was feeling anything but. It was refreshing to have that opinion of herself just before the baby arrived. And I think you all will agree that she looks amazing here! I may not be able to recreate the spectacular sunset for every maternity session, but I can guarantee that any mother I photograph will look just as gorgeous, whether they are photographed in studio or outside at a beautiful Sonora location!
