Someone is going to be a big sister! To celebrate, she and mom had a mommy-and-me maternity photo session. We were able to show off that beautiful belly that is housing her baby sister, and we also captured some sweet moments between a mother and her daughter before the newest family member arrives. So many mothers-to-be shy away from photos because they feel big and unattractive. But the rest of us see that beautiful glow, and it is such a special thing to document the life of that baby even before the rest of the world can see that tiny face. I remember the last few weeks before my second son was born. I spent a lot of time with my first son, just hanging out and having fun because I knew things would change forever in a short time. I really wish I had photos like this to show him what that looked like. I am very excited to meet this little newborn when she arrives too!
