I love newborns! As a newborn photographer I get to play with adorable babies and cuddle them for a bit and then send them home to keep their moms awake all night while I get a pretty good night’s sleep. (And after three newborns of my own, I have earned some good nights of sleep!) Baby S was about 5 weeks old, so he was old enough to want to do more looking around than sleeping and curling up for the camera. In fact, he pretty much decided that Mom’s arms were where he was most comfortable, and he was not shy about making that known. But we got some cute shots of him with Mom and some hands and feet photos to show just how tiny he was. And we did manage to coax a brief smile out of him too!
